I agree with this. And it's even better if you 'make the parallels'
from direct experience on the tennis court.

In England, there used to be Inner Game courses, for both beginners and
more advanced tennis players, run by an organisation called, well, 'The
Inner Game'. I remember organising an 'Inner Game of Tennis' day for
all the participants in a Summer School at Ramsgate, and I several times
took all of my students at the Guildhall SMD to a one-off workshop for
beginners. I should find out whether they're still available.

The brilliant thing about tennis as a model is that success at it is so
'measurable' -- you hit the ball, it goes sweetly over the net.
