I recommend the "grandaddy" of these books, "The Inner Game of Tennis".
I've read both, and like the tennis one more, although you will have to
make the parallels to music for yourself. If you search the web on the
title, you'll find Timothy Gallwey's web site, and can get info in the
newly published edition, which is brought up to date - no references to
tennis players who are now long off the tour!! I find "Inner Game of
Music" too heavy going for what it is supposed to accomplish.
I also like "Audition Success" by Don Greene, and "A Soprano on Her Head"
by Eloise Ristaad.
