Jennifer,
If I were an amateur radio operator, or anyone, I would not be able to
ignore something being improperly practiced or administered. (You might know
this - he-he) There are, are there not, essentially two kinds of person -
those who "turn a blind eye",
and those who try for improvement where impropriety is observed?
