James, I bet you were amazed to see what you started here. This sure =

lively bunch and there isn't even a full moon right now. It was all a
communication problem, as usual, but it sure doesn't help to have all =

helpers jumping in and twisting words and sentences around, as well as
taking things out of context. I think that's exactly what Tony meant by
school boy tactics. It's so difficult to communicate in an e-mail forum =

if you don't understand something someone said, it helps to ask for
clarification. There also might be a few slight cultural differences
amongst members of this crowd to deal with at time also. (I don't intend =

this comment to set off another bomb either. It's a simple fact)
I initially had a rather negative reaction to your original post =

as it seemed to not only be inviting, but to encourage negative feedback
regarding Martin's recording in an underhanded sort of way. Most =
members of
this group certainly do not seem to hesitate to say what they think, at
least that's certainly been my impression in the year or so I have been =
with
this group. In other words, they don't need anymore encouragement!=20
I think it would have been fine to say you had not heard any =
criticism
of the recording, rather than attacking what Tony said and simply meant =
as a
summary of the comments he had heard thus far. I know you probably =
didn't
mean it that way-it was just the way it came across due to the manner in
which you worded your post. I have made the same mistake myself when
posting e-mails and so you are forgiven. Tony will forgive you also =
(won't
you Tony?). Tony's really a pretty good guy when it comes right down to =
it.

background is the sound of my daughter showing her disgust at this one.
