Sibelius did issue a converter to bring Finale files into Sibelius. It was
available from Sibelius as a free download for registered Sibelius users,
obviously meant to wean away Finale users who had lots of Finale files they
needed to be able to access. I don't remember which version of Finale it is
meant to work with. When I have time later this weekend, I can check it out,
or you can go directly to the Sibelius website and download it.
