This means nothing to me unless you elaborate further. Would you care to
give me (us) your name?

> But no, I have no reason to sign and give a portrait of who I am because
it makes no difference.

Yes it does. I might be inclined to converse with you without believing that
you may be someone who is only intent only on mischief.

>Whether I'm Dan Leeson or somebody who doesn't know a thing about clarinet,
my statement was completely reasonable on its own merit. I only sought to
offer an opposing view that wasn't even being considered.

It wasn`t reasonable for these reasons: 1) that one cannot offer an opposing
view without hearing the CD first. 2) That you didn`t read what I wrote in
my reply to you, namely that no-one in here (and you must realise that I`m
talking about klarinet) has indeed opposed the CD. 3) I originally said that
"I think it probably fair to say". There is nothing unreasonable about this
phrase. There is nothing politically unsound or unwise here either.

> My experience on the list has shown me, however, that some people, you
included, can get extremely uptight when something is written that they
don't like.

If I want to get uptight, that is my business. If other people in here want
to get uptight also that is their business. Not yours. Why are you pointing
this out instead of following up your silly mind games?

>My original point stands, and anyone is free to take it for what it is
worth.

No one is free to take this for what it is worth, unless they hear the CD
first of all and have criticised it detrimentally in some way, and to repeat
to you, no one has. So my original "thought", and not "statement" is quite
valid.

Have you heard Martin Powell`s CD?
