In my past experience with outdoor musicals (using a plastic vito) while it
is humid, my pads have swelled and didn't seal the holes for Middle B and C
well and caused me to squeak. I don't know how it effects wooden clarinets,
but I am sure it effects pads. I was told to leave my case open and tie the
keys down with elastic bands.
