Exactly how long do you have?

The reason I ask, is that one possibility would be to look up some
information on Olivier Messaien and "The Quartet for the End of Time",
another piece of music that was composed during internment in one of the
camps. I have little information on Messaien, I simply know the story
behind the piece. It is an incredible piece of music, and if you are
able, through InterLibrary Loan to get a book on Messaien, as well as a
recording of theQuartet, it definitely is worth it.

Should you decide to do so, you can search pretty much any library's
catalog ANYWHERE and find the book you are looking for. If you have,
along with title, author, etc. the LOCATION of the book, as well as
contact information for the library it is in, that could move your ILL
along considerably.

Good luck,

Patricia Smith
