I certainly am good with both hands, but only together, I play some guitar,
which takes fairly good control of both hands, and I type substantially well
(100gwam+). But I cannot write with my left hand, nor can I throw a ball
with my left hand or bat left-handed. Those reasons are why I consider
myself right-handed.

So I guess that a "mixed-handed" person would be a left or right handed
person who has trained themselves to use the other hand for many functions
while an amidextrous is born with no dominant hand (I would say with both
hands being dominant but if both are dominant then what are they dominant
over? The feet?)
