In making reference to the completion of the Sussmayr clarinet concerto,
one party noted that the completion is for basset clarinet.

I point out that someone else completing Sussmayr's concerto for a
basset clarinet does not mean that Sussmayr intended it for basset
clarinet. It is such a fragmentary and incomplete work that I am unsure
what kind of a clarinet it was written for.
