Hi there, a question for the collective wisdom of the list.

For my fall semester recital i'm doing the Nielsen (with side drum), Brahms
Eb, and possibly a small unaccompanied piece or Montsalvatge's
Self-Parafrasis. For my spring recital, I'm planning an all chamber music
program (largely because my pianist is expensive and i couldn't afford to
pay him plus other musicians) . I tend to gravitate towards underperformed
(sometimes virtually unknown) works, or works for less common
instrumentations.

As my school has a couple of good percussionists i was considering a work
for clarinet and one or two percussionists. My knowledge of such works is
severely limited. Eb, Bb/A, or Bass are all fine. For sure on the
program is Han Gál's Serenade for cl., violin and cello. And possibly, for
soprano and cl., either Seiber's Drei Morgensternlieder or Jacob's Three
Songs. Something around 10 minutes give or take would be great.

Thanks in advance!
Daniel
