I've had great luck with Music123 for prices and service. Reeds especially.

Buying a clarinet without trying it out is a somewhat risky proposition.You
should check on return policies first.

But Music123 has been my choice for quite sometime as an Internet vendor.
They carry quite a variety of clarinet manufacturers and models.
