For top posters. I add in the middle and at the end. As I'm doing now.

You trigger extra digests when you start having large messages. The digest
size is kept relatively small because of mail systems that break long
messages into multiple attachments.

Please clip out extraneous material - ESPECIALLY duplicated footer lines!
