Keeping in mind that Urtext means from the earliest original source, it
may or may not have anything to do with authenticity. In the case of K.
622, the earliest original source is the first edition of ca. 1803. It
is certainly the earliest source available of the clarinet concerto,
though it's authenticity is questionable.
