The first three of the Six Duets 'Op 70' arranged by Tenney
(Cundy-Bettoney) are from the following Sonatas for piano
and violin: 1 = K 378, 2 = K 376, 3 = K 379
The arranger claims the source to have been duos
published by C. F. Schmidt I do not have Volume 2.
Scanned incipits please? Gustave Langenus published
the same duos in 1943 using an Andre edition, for
The Ensemble Music Press, Meadville, Pa.
In both cases Duo No 2 (K 376) is particularly unfaithful
to Mozart as we know him in the Sonata for piano and
violin (Peters edition). Therefore it is fair to guess that the
Andre edition may well have been the source from Schmidt.

Another set of Mozart Duos 'Op77', arranged by Magnani
and edited by Tenney, was issued by Cundy-Bettoney in 1952.
The edition identifies these as 1=K 377 Vn Son, 2=K 548 Pf Trio,
3=K496 Pf Trio, 4=K 380 Vn Son, 5=K 564 Pf Trio, 6=K454 Vn Son.
