Is the Clarinet Compendium still in print? Of all the things "out
there" that I do not have, this is the one thing I ABSOLUTELY must get.
And I really would prefer NOT to wait until someone leaves it to me in
his/her will. If it IS still in print, where is the best place to order
it? I imagine the "usual suspects" are in order, but any suggestions
are appreciated. If it is NOT still in print, if someone might,
perchance, have an extra squirreled away ...
