I forgot to reply to this, before. All lawyers use jargon, but our judges
have put down an order that attorneys are not permitted to "try to" speak
Latin, because it's so embarassing to hear four or five ways to pronounce
the same word. Just a small laugh -- at our lawyers' expense. <g>
