I've not only seen one of these, I've played one - a Leblanc. I used it
in my college clarinet choir, where some arrangements called for it. You
haven't truly lived until you've heard Samuel Barber's "Adagio for
Strings" in an apparently composer sanctioned transcription for clarinet
choir. The climax, played by screeching Ab, Eb, and Bb clarinets (in
their highest range) cannot be described! ;-) If you mean "is there
solo repertoire for it", my answer is - not that I know of.
