By law beer in UT is 3.2% unless you buy it at a "Club" or in a State
Liquor Store. To go to a club you must be a paid member of the club or
be sponsored by a paid member. The hotel I have stayed at in the past
included "Membership" in it's bar (I mean club) because I was a guest
there. There are ways around it but 3.2% beer stinks, you get a bladder
infection before you get a buzz.
