According to the CD jacket this was a n idea spawn by Mr. Takahashi of Japan
who works for BMG/RCA. Stolzman had apparently done "O mio babbino caro" as
an encore in Pittsburgh and it was well recieved. Somewhere in there the
spark lit the fire. very interesting CD jacket write-up
