Rebecca, I'm sure this isn't true at all but in your e-mails one does =

I don't know if it's just the way you write or if you really are this =

person but when you say you've been spending a year trying to "make" =

band director allow you to play Eb clarinet you sound extremely
manipulative. Could this be what your band director may be objecting =
to?
