Several already have. You need to read the various (and differing) pieces of
advice, decide what makes initial sense, and try it. If it seems
non-productive or counter-productive, try another way. The most
constructive, helpful advice, if you're astute enough to accept it, has been
that there is more than one way, that one person's magic is empty witchcraft
to someone else, that there are no rules.

If you want a single answer, you need to ask only one person. When you ask a
list, you get variety.
