  I am looking for a recording. 
 
35 years ago, shortly after I moved to Montr=E9al, I heard a fantastic 
recording played on the radio. It sounded like Barney Bigard with orchestra= 
l 
strings. The announcer said it was a piece by Debussy played by Reginald 
Kell. I thought I heard the announcer say the title of the piece was "La 
Plume Collant". I asked a friend what that meant and she said: "A Sticky 
Feather". 
 
The recording stayed in my memory and whenever I thought of it, I would go 
into a record or music store looking for the recording of  "A Sticky 
Feather"/La Plume Collant" played by Reginald Kell. No one ever heard of th= 
e 
piece and only a few were able to tell me that all of Kell's recordings wer= 
e 
out of print. 
 
A few years later, I became wiser learning that the Debussy piece was "La 
Plus Que Lente" - but I was never able to find the Kell Recording. 
 
If any one is able to burn me a CD of that Lp, I will be happy to buy a cop= 
y 
of that recording which has haunted me for many years.
