It's pretty unlikely that *saliva* is getting into the pads.

Having said that - try swabbing very frequently for the first few minutes
of playing. Once the temperature of the clarinet and your breath have
equalized a little bit, condensation should be less of a problem. Also,
frequent swabbing undoes the "tracks" that condensation creates down the
bore.

If the problem won't go away, you can paint a little bore oil around the
top of the affected tone holes to "guide" the condensation around the
hole.
