I don't find this so unusual. A lot depends on how cold the clarinet is when
she starts to play and how cold or warm the room is. I always swab the
clarinet after I've warmed up for a few minutes - especially as a
performance is about to start.

Water incessantly running out one particular tone hole is not unusual
either, and the two you mention are pretty common dribblers. But if it's a
really chronic and annoying problem she might talk with her repair person
about what can be done to re-direct the water - some players I know apply a
very small amount of bore oil at the top of the hole to repel the water away
from the hole.
