As far as I remember, there is no documented use of any note higher than
e above high c, and that occurs only once. His normal highest note was
high d and that occurs several times. The high e occurs in the theme
and variations movement of the Gran Partitta.

A more interesting problem is which high notes from high e down does he
NOT use. I once examined the manuscripts of every Mozart work in which
a clarinet is employed (manuscripts, not scores, because I wanted only
his opinion, not some editor's opinion of what he might have meant), and
I don't think I found any except the low c-sharp down in the basset range.
