Walter,

I have 5 different brands sitting at the ready in my studio - a Yamaha, =
a Jupiter, a Bundy, a Buffet E-11 and a Vito. The rare student who =
arrives with nothing takes each one home for a week and at a later date, =
when he/she has decided which one was best, the choice has been made. =
If there are financial concerns, then I advise the parents to let me =
know what they have to spend and I will find something for their child =
that they can afford. Unfortunately, most of the time they arrive with =
something that is neither appropriate nor functional. If it can't be =
fixed and made reasonably playable within the confines of a family's =
financial ability, I do have some instruments to loan and have done that =
on occasion. I want my students to succeed and to enjoy their time with =
their instruments. I will go to no end finding a way for that to =
happen.
