I've heard the Molter clarinet concerti No.5 and No.6 are
available from the following publisher:

Nr.5: Carus Verlag (http://plex.on.synnet.de/carus-neu/)
Nr.6: Goldbach Verlag (http://www.goldbachverlag.de/)

I'm not familiar with German, therefore I cannot find the sheet-
music on these sites.
