I used the link and did a search and found a technician..
I am laying A=444 since that seem to work best on my clarinet. If I tune to
A=444 and play the scales the notes fall are far more likely to be in tune
than if I tune to A=440. At A=440 there is about a1/4"- 3/8" gap between the
barrel and the 1st joint.
