In my experience clarinets crack because of excessive dryness, or a sudden extreme change of temperature.

Humidity will make the wood swell. Your tenons might expand and fit tightly. Use a lot of cork grease, and wipe out the tenon sockets well after playing.

If you stay out of the rain and direct sunlight, your clarinet should suffer no damage.
