I have my upper-divisional jury/oral examination on Monday. But I have a
problem...within the last week, ALL my reeds (V12 4s) have gone soft. I was
hoping it was just a weather thing, but I'm starting to think it's not. I
usually keep about 10-12 reeds in rotation (I do have a system for keeping
track of them ;-) ) and they're all soft; the broken-in reeds, the in-progress
reeds, and the brand new reeds. I've even pulled about 5 reeds out of a brand
new box...same problem. Is there anything I can do in such a short time
period to fix this? And, more importantly, what do you think might have
caused this?
