I had (have still, actually) a ReeDuAl which I used for years. It
"copied" a model reed by means of a sanding wheel.

For the last few years I've been using a DeLutis "The Reed machine" which
is a lot more consistent than the ReeDuAl, but slower. Also, DeLutis's
blank making tools are quite good IMO. Bil Jackson also has blank making
tools which I've used (on loan from a friend) which are good.

Georg, with the exception of the ReeDuAl, all these are new to me. Can
you point me (us) to web sites or other descriptive material?

thanks!
