I recall hearing about a year or so ago that someone, possibly Vandoren,
was going to start producing a ligature that would be essentially a
reproduction of the Harrison ligature. Has that happened? If so, which
of Vandoren's many models is it? I always enjoyed the Harrison gold
ligature for both clarinet and sax. I have several of them which have
been broken and repaired, and they may be nearing the end of their
useful life.
