About a month ago I reported that I had bought four of the new Legere Quebec
Cut reeds. They were dreadfully under-strength. I wasn't sure if they
played that way because they were such a different design from the regular
Legere reeds or there was a mislabeling. I emailed Guy Legere concerning
this problem and he suggested that I return them to his shop for evaluation.
Soon he emailed me that they were, indeed, under-strength and mailed me four
replacement Quebec reeds. These reeds are real Honeys! Nice sound, great
feel and consistent, too.
