Gary,

Thank you so much for the information. This book has
been a very valuable resource for me and it is a shame
that it will soon be discontinued. I recently pulled
it off my shelf this year to help me learn a
microtonal piece by John Eaton.

I highly recommend that anyone who is interested in
extended techniques purchase this book. Also,
Appendices G and H are excellent bibliographies and
biographies of 20th century clarinet music and 20th
century clarinetists.

I'll have to contact my school's library to be sure
they have a copy as well!

I assume you've tried to contact Prof. Rehfeldt via
the Univeristy of Redland's page:
http://newton.uor.edu/facultyfolder/rehfeldt/
This is always a busy time for anyone in academia....

Sincerely,

Michelle Shoemaker
