Saw him last Friday - he and I are performing Poulenc's "Aubade"
next month with a chamber orchestra. I'll forward your post to him and have him contact you. I'm sure he wouldn't have a problem with me giving out his email address (he's a pretty accessible guy) but I'll let him do it.
