There you go again with that darned Rossini character! ;-)
Seriously, I'd suspect it would be at least a grade V, if you are in a
grade I-VI system. Every state has a different system for grading solo
and ensemble music. You need to check with the band dictator...err,
director, and see if West Viginia Music Educators have a database either
online or in print for various solo music. If not, I'd simply assume,
due to it's difficulty, that it's one of the highest grades.
