I have a couple of students playing the first movement of the third duo on clarinet and bass clarinet for a studio class in a couple of weeks - works great. All three duos have already been done for 2 clarinets in Part III of the Langenus method, and the third duo is also in Voxman's Selected Duets, Volume II. I think they make terrific study material, but I don't know that I'd perform them on a formal recital except as written for clarinet and bassoon.
