Well, I can't speak for the others; but I'm a professional, and I've
unsubscribed from the list a couple of times because of what could be
described as 'a low signal/noise ratio'.

But for me that low signal/noise ratio is nothing to do with off-topic
posts about floor-hamsters, or anything even remotely similar.
