I was able to find out that the Rescue Remedy in liquid form is =
preserved in
a grape based alcohol solution. I couldn't find much info about the =
cream
or the spray but those would probably not contain alcohol. The Bach =
flower
essences are sometime called homeopathic medicines but they are not =
really
made the same way. All I know is that Rescue Remedy has helped me =
through
more than one extremely stressful situation.

I don't know if it contains alcohol at all but it might be in an alcohol
based solution. It comes in a liquid form that is administered
sublingually-just a few drops is needed. It works very quickly and does
have a very definite anti-anxiety effect. I don't have any here at the
moment so can't look up the ingredients on the box. However, I do have =
a
Vitamin Shoppe catalog here that lists a Rescue Remedy liquid, a cream =
and a
spray. The creams and sprays must be new, as I've never seen those =
before.
I'll do a little more research and see what I can come up with.
