I don't know if it contains alcohol at all but it might be in an alcohol
based solution. It comes in a liquid form that is administered
sublingually-just a few drops is needed. It works very quickly and does
have a very definite anti-anxiety effect. I don't have any here at the
moment so can't look up the ingredients on the box. However, I do have =
a
Vitamin Shoppe catalog here that lists a Rescue Remedy liquid, a cream =
and a
spray. The creams and sprays must be new, as I've never seen those =
before.
I'll do a little more research and see what I can come up with.

This is most interesting. I have heard of this being suggested for use=20
with ANIMALS, but never before for humans. How frequently have you used =

this personally or with your kids? How much is the preferred dosage?=20
Does the solution contain any alcohol? (This again is a serious=20
question, since there are folks who, for various reasons, cannot have=20
alcohol.)

I'm open to new ideas - I just like to find out more before I make a=20
recommendation. Thanks in advance, Christy. :)
