If, by "polycylindrical," you mean a smaller bore circumference in the
vicinity of the middle of the barrel than at either end (or vice-versa), Guy
Chadash has made at least one... When perusing a batch of Guy's barrels
pursuant to purchasing one, John Weigand allowed me to play on his. I
coveted it, but he coveted it more. Besides that, he owned it :-) So, I
acquired two "monocylindrical" (slightly conical, actually) barrels with
which I am quite happy.
