Hello Forest,

An interesting question.

David Zimet of Hickey's Music Center has been promising to put together
copies of Volume 1 for literally years. I just looked at my accounting
system and I ordered in May of 1999. He apparently has the components. I
have even offered to put them together myself. I don't know anything about
the other volumes except that Shall-u-mo, which once had volume 2, has not
had it for years.

If you want to pester David about it, his email address is
david@-----. I know he is around because he posts once in a while on
one of the double-reed lists I monitor.
