Do you know if Robert Schmidt's A Clarinetist's Notebook, Vol 1, 2, 3 is
available? He published these himself (between 1971-78)....not very fancy
but very good information.

Vol. 2 The Value of Fundamentals
Vol. 3 Concepts of Rhythm
