For those who are seeking combination DVD/VCR Players for watching
clarinet video material, the NY Times had a nice article on this
subject (ok, the article doesn't mention clarinet video viewing.) You
will have to pay to view it, but reading the abstract is free at:

I think they liked the features and quality of the GO Video machine,
although they said that the DVD player had a fair amount of drive
noise. I think it is also the only one that allows "dubbing" a DVD to
tape.
