Except, of course, that now he will wind up with a "sale" and (no doubt)
positive feedback which will make him appear more HONEST, rather than more
CROOKED for using an illegal shill bidder (or himself under an alternate
identity). All the better to help defraud someone else later. I have had
mostly good experiences with eBay, some neutral, and only a couple not so
good. By and large it is a good system, but caveat emptor is the
prevailing rule.
