Walt,

For sure the guy's an idiot, but why are you getting so bent out of
shape? We can all see that your pic came first and he's using yours,
but (after having invested in your digital camera or scanner, which of
course is usable for many other things for years to come) how much did
the pic cost and what have you lost? Expose the jerk....yes, but you've
expended more energy on this guy than he deserves. I know "It's the
principle of the thing" but you're much too busy doing lots of positive
and constructive things to be sidetracked by this. No offense, I hope.
