i've found this to be too true :) i ordered a part once and the store
refused to relinquish it until their repairman checked it out. he then
disabled it so i had to pay him to install it (having installed the part
many times myself..)

okay, it was a synthesizer.. but.. me being quiet on clarinet list now..

btw thanks for all the info, everyone.. i've got a story about 'educated'
people slagging my music (my culture) because i don't have an accredited
education, but that's enough stories for one email.. even if that bigot did
claim that apaches can have no knowledge of harmony or melody or rhythm
because they don't have a western education.. we all know only a college
education allows you to be discerning with the senses and that all
westerners have vastly superior mathematical skills as compared to the
"primitive" people of the world.. heh heh note extreme sarcasm.. it must be
because their brains are so efficient with absolutely no cultural
brainwashing et c. et c. et c.

this is why i stay quiet on lists
