Can I play devil's advocate here? Does ClarinetFest need two clarinet
choirs that only have a couple of days rehearsal? There already is the
regular 'Fest clarinet choir that anyone can participate in.

I think it might make more sense for those that live in the general area of
the 2004 ClarinetFest, organize their own choir, have some rehearsals and
try to get on the program.
