yeah I know "what year ??"sounds really stupid but in the construction
world (my daily world) the extra time to be specific can save lots of
embarrassment and $$$$ So many times a subcontractor will be there "NEXT"
week and doesn't show that I automatically ask such questions. any way back
to important stuff
